DEAR EDITOR—I would like to find one George Young was was taken from his mother immediately after the war, at the Ferguson place, near Cheneyville, Bayou Bœuf, while she was on her way to Alexandria. His mother's name is Ann. He was only 4 or 5 years old when taken. They used to belong to Lasteel Young. His mother would be more than happy if she could hear from her son.
