LETTER OF INQUIRY. JACKSONVILLE, FLA., 1868. Information is wanted, by the Rev. Lymas A. Anders of Jacksonville, in the State of Florida, concerning his kinsfolk, who first belong to the Widow Cook of Effingham County, Ga., and who fell to Lewis Cook of Alabama or Mississippi, but who staid with a resident of Bullock County, Ga., two or three years, till removed by Lewis Cook to Alabama or Mississippi. I have not heard from them since 1830 or 1831. My father's name was Gideon Cook; my mother's, Betsy Cook; my three sisters, Sally, Mary Ann, and Chaney. My own name was then Lymas Cook, but now Lymas A. Anders. If this should meet the eye of any person acquainted with the parties herein named, or who can give any information concerning them, they will confer a great favor by addressing REV. LYMAS A.
