S. Young searching for their father Scipio Moore
MR. EDITOR -- I wish to inquire
for my father, Scipio Moore. Mother
was Rachel Young, and belonged
to Wade Young. She had four
children, three boys and one girl.
Brothers and mother died in slave
time, the baby during the war. I
was near two years old. When
father was taken to Huntsville,
Ala., I was three days old, and I
have never seen him in my life. I
was born three miles east of West
Point, Miss., June 15, 1854. Address
me at Meridian, Miss.
