EDITOR-- I wish to inquire for my father, Brazil Ellington, who left Russell county, Alabama, in or about the year 1862 with his master, John Ellington, and went to Texas; but I do not remember what portion of Texas they went to, and they have not been heard from since. My father's wife was named Liddie Webb, who belonged to a man by the name of Wm. Webb. Any one who can furnish me information in regard to Brazil Ellington will furnish a long felt desire of mine.
