Sarah Mason searching for her mother Clara Smith
AUSTIN, March 13, '77.
Mr. Editor: I wish to find my
mother. Her name was Clara Smith,
she was sold from me when I was
between six and seven years old.
She was sold to the speculators and
I don't know where. She was a
small dark brown woman and had
two other children. We belonged
to Wm. Smith and lived in Rockcastle,
near a big cave in Kentucky.

send me word to Austin, Texas,
