INFORMATION WANTED.
Of my Son, John Jones, he was owned by Robt.
Pollard at King and Queen Court House Va. The
morning I came away his mistress locked him up
from me, and he got out of the window, [italics] and went
away with a Major of the Union Army, in
June 1864.
Any information of him will be thankfully re-
ceived by his mother.
