son James Dorsay Allen who lived in
Augusta Co., Va. at the Willow Spout.
He belonged to Colonel Sam Hansburger,
but was sold in Winchester by Cyrus
McCue to New Orleans, where he for a
time belonged to a sugar planter. Any
information will gladly be received by his
anxious mother, Cassy Jane Bailey, for-
merly Cassy Jane Lawson. Address
Fort Defiance Va., care of George W.
Crawford.
