Unnamed man finds wife remarried

A black man and woman were at the
station last night, making fulsome com-
plaints to Capt. Malloy. The man
claimed he was married to the woman,
but had been away many years. He
wanted her to live with him again. The
woman said she was now married to
another man. The other man did not
propose to give her up, and thus matters
remained in statu quo. As nothing could
be done, they departed to settle matters
among themselves.
