The Centreville Observer says that Frank Tilghman, the colored Enoch Arden, who recently returned to his wife, in that town, whom he had not seen since he was sold South, prior to the war, has persuaded her, after much difficulty, to leave her present husband and to go with him to Baltimore. She had children by both husbands.
