J. W. M. Abernethy seeking Prof. L. W. Miner's relatives

MR. EDITOR: I wish to ascertain the whereabouts of any or all of Prof. L. W. Minor's relatives or family. He died Nov. 5, 1880, at Hempstead, Texas, while acting principal of the Colored State Normal School, located at the above named place. His salary was $1200 per year. Some money business has fallen to me in consequence of his death, and I am desirous of consulting his friends in regard to the same. J. W. M. ABERNETHY. Luling, Texas.
