MR. EDITOR: -- Dear Sir: You will do me a
very great favor if you will publish this state-
ment in your paper:
Andrew Baylis, a freedman, who left, in Do-
ver, Tenn., a wife by the name of Betsy Robin-
son, is now in West Jefferson, Madison County,
Ohio.
Any information as to her whereabouts will
be thankfully received.
