J. S. Payne searching for his father Solon, mother Wainia, and brother Jefferson
MR. EDITOR-I wish to inquire for my relatives. Father was Solon, mother Wainia; youngest brother, Jefferson, was sold a year before the war, with father and mother, and they where in Arkansas when last heard from. They were sold to speculators. At the old home John, the oldest, myself, sister Nancy and William were left, belonging to Mr. Payne, in Ray county, Tennessee. Address me at Chilton, Texas. J. S. PAYNE.
