The Atlanta Constitution (Atlanta, GA)
November 20, 1900
INFORMATION WANTED of my son,
Willie Henry Hodges, who left Spencer,
N. C., in the month of August, last. I
fear some misfortune has befallen him.
As he left a wife sick, and said would
return in a few days, I can not believe my
son to be so heartless not to have
returned, could he have. Description: Light
brown skin, slightly baldheaded, walks
erect; weight, 135 or 140 pounds; age, 40
years; occupation, railroad firing. When
last seen was wearing dark brown checked
suit with K. of P. pin on lapel of
coat; carried black suit and tan shoes.
Information will be satisfactorily rewarded,
and I will place the amount at their
disposal as soon as information received.
Address Mrs. Indianer Hodges, 1406 South
Street, Portsmouth, Va.
