DEAR EDITOR : --- I desire to inquire for my son. Thirty years ago, at the age of six years, he was sold away from me at Covington, Ky., to Richard Kay by Jno. N. Howard. His name then was Legrand Howard. His complexion is very fair. I have seen him but once since, the next year after he was sold. Any information concerning him, should this not meet his eye, will be gratefully received by his aged and anxious mother. Direct in care of Mr. B. Graves, 320 West 5th st., Cincinnati, Ohio.
