Ellen Blackburn is searching for her brother Henry Perkins. They used to belong to Wm. Perkins in Carroll County, MO. He sold her to Mr. Matlack who carried her to Little Rock, AR. There were three brothers, Henry, George, and Lewis and three very young sisters whose names she doesn't recall. When she was sold she went by the name Ellen Perkins but now goes by Ellen Blackburn.
