DEAR EDITOR-- I wish to inquire for my sister Martha, who was sold from us at Jackson, Tennessee, to Tom Boyle, near Boliva, Tennessee. She was seven years old at the time. We all belonged to John Green. Mother's name was Dollie; father's, Granville -- he belonged to Tom Norman, of Whiteville, Tennessee. There were five children -- William, Granville, Martha, Laura and Richmond (the baby). Mother and all the children but Martha are living together in Texas. Address me at Austin, Travis county, Texas.
