Washington City DC Dec 8th 68 My name is Randolph wiggins and I hereby inquires after my mother who was living in the state of Tennessee when I left there in may (1862) My mother's name is Clarcy Wiggins and my oldest Brothers name is ned wiggins and my oldest sister is name Amy Wiggins she married a man by the name of Tom Johnson he belonged to old dudley Johnson my brother next oldest was name Zang Wiggins my youngest sister was name Caroline wiggins she was ten years old when I left tennessee in (1862) two more Brothers one by name of John who was next oldest and Nathand the youngest Now I wish if any one know the above named persions in the state of Tennessee or any [strikethrough] other [strikethrough] where
