MR. EDITOR-- I wish to inquire
for my people. My mother's name
was Harriet Wright and my fath-

by the name of Louis Wright, a
sister by the name of Beckey, a

the name of Letty. I was brought
from North Carolina by a man
named Mr. House, and I was just
seven years of age; their mistress
at that time was Sallie Wright.
Address me, Martha Brown or A.
