Harry Terry searching for a boy named Evans

WANTED. --Information is wanted as to
the whereabouts of a mulatto boy named
Evans, who was borne at Falling Water,
Decalb Co., Tennessee, is now about four-
teen [fourteen] years old, was owned by David
Coger, at Smithsville, Tennessee, until he
was about 3 years of age. Coger sold him
to John F. Moon, who then resided at Al-
exandria [Alexandria], Decalb county, Tenn. Moon
owned him about two years and traded
him to John Dedman, who then resided
three miles from Alexandria, in Smith
county, Tenn., and was with him in the
month of March, 1864.
The boy's mother's name was Winnie,
a bright mulatto woman. would now be
about thirty three years of age, and in
the month of March, 1864, was living
with John Dedman. Any information of
the whereabouts of the boy will be
thankfully received by
HARRY TERRY,
Washington C.H., Ohio.
