EDITOR --- I would like to learn, if it is possible, the whereabouts of my daughter, Sarah Jane, who was bought by John Anderson from the traders' yard New Orleans, he living in Carroll county, Miss. Her mother's name was Betsey McCray, her son's name was Beter. They were from Cumberland county, North Carolina, in 1862 or 1863. Direct to Rev. S. Priestley, Union Chapel, New Orleans.
