This folder is a collection of ads concerning the search for male relatives who enlisted in the United States Army during the Civil War. These ads are here to try and show that enlistment provided a different method of escape and a basis, in some cases, to start a new life.

Also, this is probably the third account I've made because the others needed a confirmation email that never came, but this is the extra credit submission.
