Fannie Highland searching for sons William and Charles Highland and daughter Eleonore Highland

Information wanted of my three chil-
dren, William Edward Highland, Eleonore
Highland, and Charles Lafayette High-
land.
These children and myself were the
slaves of John Wylie Farrell, formerly of
Head of Chester, or Millington, Kent Co.,
Md., where he carried on a wholesale dry
goods business.
Mr. Farrell freed all the adult slaves.
The children were to be freed on coming
of age. By the removal of Mr. Farrell
from Kent County many years before the
war, my children were separated from me.
When last heard from one was in St.
Louis, Mo., one in Philadelphia, and an
other somewhere in the State of Illinois.
