Her name was Emsie Smith. she was sold from Lexington, Kentucky, when very small girl, aged 10 or 12 years I heard that uncle John Smith lived in St. Louis, Missouri; and uncle Fred Smith was in Baltimore with a doctor, and mother was in Louisiana.
